I feel very humbled knowing I live in New Zealand, which is at this time of year awash with the most glorious colours that nature  provides.

BREATH IN

Through the  nose for 4 seconds.

Hold the breathe  for  4  seconds.

Let go of the breath through the mouth for  4  seconds.

Now hold the breath for 4 seconds.

BREATH Normally. 😁

 

 

This is really helpful to do at anytime if you become stressed.

 It works and allows you time in how you respond. think!
