Welcome to the October newsletter
Welcome to the October newsletter and sharing moments.
My chemotherapy has finished and after 6 treatments, it is safe to say I feel a bit knocked about.
I am resting as the chemotherapy continues to heal my body.
I was thinking today as I woke feeling well under pare, how easily we can take things for granted.
Our health is our wealth, it’s often said.
For me this journey has taken me to levels I didn’t know I was capable of.
Always in my mind is the awareness that positive thinking is paramount in any healing process.
Focusing on a cure and seeing myself well.
It will be 7 weeks before I have the results of this treatment.
That time is for the body to regain strength and health.
Thank you again for your support and caring. Your kindness and compassion is hugely appreciated.
For now, remember. This moment is your life.
Live it wisely.
Namaste 🙏❤️

Ross and I
Ross and I went out for a couple of hours yesterday by the Waikato River, taking fish and chips!
It was perfect. Ross is and has been so supportive 6 years together now So here we are looking forward to many more wonderful years.
Motto of this little story. Never take anyone or anything for granted.
This is your Life.
Sent with Kindness gratitude and Caring.
True caring is Love in Action and Ross you do this in abundance
From our Vaults of today's past
SIX YEARS AGO!
NO YEARS AGO!
Why do we do what we do? For example
What is the reason for our doing the same thing each day? Rituals?
Why do we always want what’s familiar?
The same chair
The same breakfast
Are you someone who likes to stay safe in the familiar routine?
No right or wrong,
I am someone who is curious and loves to question why I do what I do?
Today I am repainting my nails Why?
I love the colours and it makes me happy!
What makes you happy?
Why?
Until next time I am sending you loving energy and kindness.
WHY
because I can!
WHAT
Do I get from that?
It’s a sharing heart thing.
No head involved
Just because I am me!
